You can change the audio type between: music, voice and other. Switching between these will give you different options dependent on which you choose.

Titles and overlays, these are hard to create yourself and are much easier to drag and drop in Rush.

Changing the resolution should allow for smaller file sizes if you are limited on space, it also has handy presets for different platforms like YouTube and Facebook. It also allows you to change the frame rate and overall export quality.
